Every kitchen I’ve worked in across Kaua‘i has taught me something—each one shaping my approach to quality, creativity, and the guest experience.
Through collaborations with esteemed chefs and years in the local food scene, I’ve cultivated a personal culinary style rooted in intention & simplicity.
Inspired by the abundance of farm-fresh vegetables, roadside stands, and vibrant farmers markets, I’ve merged my love for simple ingredients with an elegant approach: crafting dishes that burst with bright, fresh flavors.
With a passion for coursing out meals, I aim to create an experience where guests can savor each moment of their event. More than just a meal, I strive to create a dining experience that leaves guests feeling nourished, connected, and with memories they’ll carry for a lifetime.
